With the increase in population of patients with transplanted organs, risk developing oncological diseases has become proportionally high, which may be cause poor quality life, and also a high mortality among organs. The review examines factors, incidence, impact malignant neoplasms on survival rapid development clinical transplantology, use new drugs immunosuppression regimens poses challenges for oncologists transplantologists. analysis oncopathology incidence organs allows us to conclude about its long-term life prognosis need include preventive measures transplantation practice.
